Denmark day

On June 29th our national day at EXPO, Denmark Day, will be held within the EXPO site. The Denmark Pavilion will close for visitors at 1.30pm.
Throughout the day there will be performances at both Denmark Pavilion and Europe Stage for the public to enjoy. The performances include: joint Sino-Danish percussion music, flying gymnastic kids, sensuous dance shows and a chapel choir.

The Dialogue Gala Concert
We will feature three classical art forms, namely music, singing and ballet and both Chinese and Danish artists will perform works of Carl Nielsen, Tang Jianping (fei ge or flying song in English), Bournonville (La Sylphide), Palle Mikkelborg (Better City-Better Life) and Poul Schierbeck (The Chinese Flute).
